RIM Analytics – Business Analyst
Brussels, Belgium (2-3 days onsite)
Full‑time, VDI‑only (equipment not provided)
Start ASAP - August 2026 (extension possible)
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the RIM Analytics (UCAP‑RIM) initiative. You will work at the intersection of regulatory data, analytics, and IT delivery, supporting regulatory reporting projects built on Veeva RIM, Snowflake, and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated, international environment and enjoys hands‑on collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regulatory reporting initiatives from a Business Analysis / Business Intelligence perspective
- Collaborate closely with regulatory stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Contribute to the evolution of the Snowflake Data Foundation and Power BI reporting suite
- Perform informal testing during implementation phases
- Participate in Computer System Validation (CSV) activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Ensure adherence to IT and Quality compliance standards
- Provide planning, communication, and progress reporting to business teams
Experience
- 3-8 years as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst, ideally gained in data‑driven or IT‑focused environments.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including data modelling, visualisation, and report development.
- Experience contributing to IT, analytics, or data‑centric projects.
- Prior exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Ability to operate effectively within a regulated or compliance‑heavy environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholder group.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- Preferrable to have Business Analysis, Power BI, data analytics, or Scrum certifications
Hard Skills
- Business Analysis or BI Analysis experience
- Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, DAX)
- Data warehousing concepts (Snowflake a plus)
- Regulatory or RIM system exposure (Veeva)
- CSV awareness (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Basic data analysis and functional testing
