The position involves end-to-end responsibilities, from coding and testing to documentation and client support, providing a broad exposure to both technical challenges and regulatory requirements. Accountabilities
- Analyze, design, program, test, and maintain software modules to meet regulatory, business, and client-specific requirements.
- Implement solutions for banking and tax compliance, including liquidity, credit risk, AnaCredit, loan reporting, and statistical reporting.
- Support Business Analysts and clients in resolving technical issues and providing guidance on software use.
- Develop and execute test cases, prepare test data, and ensure proper validation of software functionality.
- Document technical specifications, user stories, and operational procedures for internal and client-facing use.
- Collaborate with national and international colleagues across software engineering, testing, and architecture teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance software features, and optimize workflows within an agile development environment.
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in software development using SQL and Java, with solid knowledge of databases.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality, capable of integrating creative solutions into complex systems.
- Proactive, communicative, and open to feedback, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment, handling multiple priorities.
