We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Development Apprentice to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent development and HR operations. The Apprentice will support the Talent Development team by conducting data analysis, creating presentations, managing calendars, and participating in talent management activities.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- General Support to the VP Talent & Culture
- Support the Talent Development team on all talent development topics, including training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Coordinate interviews (preparation, note taking...)
- Talent Development
- Support key group Initiatives (Culture change, Career development, Engagement survey...)
- Proactively propose new development actions
- Plan & Organize Division-wide events
- Data Analysis & Management:
- Manage talent database (Talent meetings, key people, talent pools…)
- Ensure Data Accuracy for our systems and database
- Run data analysis on talent development topics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present findings to the Talent Development team and senior management.
- Provide insights to build key actions targeted at talent populations.
- Deck Building:
- Create engaging and effective presentations on talent development topics
- Ensure presentations are visually appealing and convey key information to engage our Maisons & influence key stakeholders.
- Talent Management System:
- Manage the Talent Management system by updating and maintaining data on career meeting information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Intern Recruitment:
- Manage the intern recruitment process for the Beauty Division team by screening CVs, posting job openings, and conducting first selection interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in HR or talent development (internships, projects) is a plus. Key Competencies:
