As part of the LVMH House team, your mission is to support the coordination and continuous optimization of Leadership programs by combining operational excellence with data-driven insights, ensuring their impact and alignment with business and talent development priorities.

Your missions are divided into 3 main areas :

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning ang logistical coordination of training programs, workshops, and events in collaboration with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
  • Provide administrative support for the scheduling, organization, and delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas, tools and approaches for leadership and management development programs.

Program Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze program-related data, including participant demographics, feedback surveys, and both qualitive and quantitative insights.
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance leadership and learning programs.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven presentations and reports to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.

Learning & Development Communication

  • Support the planning and execution of communication strategies to promote LVMH House programs, activities, and events across various formats (virtual, in person and hybrid)

Profile

Graduate-level student (master's degree) in Human Resources, organizational Psychology, communications, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English(native-level strongly preferred), French proficiency in considered an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and partners. Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and interpretation. Strong interest in learning, professional development, cultural transformation, and leadership development. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work. Proactive, curious, and optimistic mindset, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment and adapt to new challenges.

The internship offer is available from  July 2026, for a period of 6 months and is based in Paris 8ème.
