Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are currently seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a dynamic organization, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands and businesses. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust financial background, proven success in managing complex financial structures, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining fiscal excellence across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial functions across the organization and its associated brands, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the company’s growth ambitions and long-term goals.
• Lead the optimization of financial processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and transparency across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team, including the CEO and other C-level executives, to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage capital structure, including fundraising efforts, cash flow, and capital allocation across multiple brands.
• Provide financial leadership for M&A activities, valuations, and portfolio expansion strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee financial audits for all brands under the organization.
• Deliver actionable insights through data-driven financial analysis to optimize profitability and performance.
