- Align product development to business goals
- Identify and achieve success metrics
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Propose product strategy changes as a result of competitive changes in the marketplace
- Conduct user interviews, incl. workshops, ideation sessions, round tables, etc.
- Experience managing a B2B SaaS product within FinTech/PropTech/ Financial services space, ideally
- Demonstrable experience in defining, building, and launching high-quality customer-facing products
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Focuses on customer needs and leverages quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and drive decisions
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology
- You're fluent in German and English
