IKOS Consulting is looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our dynamic and international team in Berlin. The selected candidate will be hired under a full-time V.I.E contract.

Your role:

You will support our HR Manager with the following tasks:

• Support onboarding and new hire integration processes
• Manage employee administrative lifecycle (contracts, documentation, offboarding)
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain employee records
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
• Act as first point of contact for employees for HR administrative topics
• Provide support to recruitment activities when needed

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related humanistic fields
• Fluent in English and German (C-level required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong interest in HR and people-oriented environments

Are you eligible for a V.I.E in Germany?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 12 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area, but you can´t hold a German citizenship.
• You must have never worked in Germany.
• You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

• There are no taxes and charges on salary.
• V.I.Es receive international health insurance from Business France.
• You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
• Your remuneration is fixed according to the Business France grid.
