Role: Data Program Manager // Program Manager
Location: Hamburg 1x per month in office
Salary: €100k
What You’ll Do
- Own planning, scoping, resourcing, and delivery of major data initiatives
- Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, proactive communication
- Build project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
- Handle cross-functional challenges and keep everything running smoothly
- Report progress regularly to data + executive leadership
- Improve documentation, standards, and processes
What You Bring
- Degree in tech, engineering, or similar
- 3+ years in Technical Program/Project Management (data-focused)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solver who can prioritise and structure technical work
