Information Technology Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Dealer Management System (DMS) projects. This role involves managing large-scale projects and accounts, with potential involvement in additional product management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large DMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project resources effectively, including team members and external vendors.
• Travel across the GCC as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a senior project manager specifically for dealer management systems (DMS), with a proven track record in managing large, well-known DMS brands.
• Detailed knowledge of projects managed, including the specific DMS brands worked with.
• Ability to travel across the GCC region and possess a valid driver's license that allows driving in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
