About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regulatory and consumer‑focused initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations, and driving high‑quality delivery across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear project scope, develop robust project plans, and drive high‑paced delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure the project adheres to all regulatory requirements as well as AIB policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Engage regularly with business, technology teams, and 2nd Line of Defence (2LOD) stakeholders to coordinate project management activities.
- Meet all Programme Governance and Reporting obligations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Lead and support projects related to regulatory initiatives, ensuring compliance and successful implementation.
Desired Skills & Capabilities
- Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage regulatory‑driven projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business, tech, and compliance functions.
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Domain Knowledge
- Consumer Banking, including EBS, with familiarity around relevant regulatory obligations.
- Experience in Digital and Mobile Banking environments.
- Background in Regulatory Consumer Change programmes.
