Role: Mobile Developer - React Native

Location: remote

We’re looking for an Mobile Developer to join our startup and help maintain and evolve our mobile e-commerce platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll work on cutting-edge software designed to handle high traffic and transaction volumes.

You should be highly organized, have a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX ergonomics, and be familiar with Agile development principles and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain our mobile e-commerce application using React Native, ensuring high performance, usability, and adherence to security best practices to safeguard user data and transactions.
• Optimize performance while implementing secure coding principles to mitigate risks such as data leaks, insecure storage, and injection attacks, while staying updated on the latest mobile security threats and OWASP MAS guidelines.
• Possess a strong understanding of React Native while also being able to write native iOS/Android code when needed—especially for complex integrations requiring low-level platform access.
• Design and refine user interfaces based on usability best practices, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience.
• Implement accessibility standards, responsive layouts, and intuitive navigation to make the mobile app highly engaging and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and improvements, with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Work with Git version control.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of relevant development experience
• 3 years of React Native (including iOS and/or Android native development)
• Strong software engineering background
• Experience with Git version control
• EU citizenship
