Right now, we’re focused on the web version of the product and on strengthening our entire technical stack. We’re looking for an IT Product Manager who wants to be part of a large-scale product, help the team move faster, and influence the development of the service.

What you will do:

 • Manage IT projects: planning, timeline control, task management, and team coordination.

 • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers - gather requirements, clarify details, translate business needs into clear technical tasks, and ensure the team builds exactly what is required.

 • Monitor and guide the development process.

 • Turn complex tasks into clear, actionable pieces so the team can work smoothly and stay efficient.

 • Coordinate the work of multiple teams (frontend, backend, etc.).

 • Organize and run meetings/calls.

 • Maintain structure and order in tasks and priorities.

 • Help the team move forward efficiently.

 • Suggest improvements: simplify processes, enhance communication, and bring order where needed.

Who we are looking for:

 • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development (web, mobile, or SaaS projects).

 • Technical background and understanding how development actually works. Background as a developer or strong involvement in developer teams.

 • Experience communicating directly with clients/product owners.

 • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban in real projects

 • Strong track record with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).

 • Ability translate technical constraints into business terms for stakeholders, and business requirements into clear tasks for developers

 • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality

 • Problem-solver, not a messenger - when things go off track, you come with solutions, not just status updates

Nice to have:

 • Experience working closely with CTOs or technical lead

 • Background in product IT or AI projects

 • Experience building projects from scratch
