Our client is a leading international bank with a focus on wealth management. The project aims to enhance and expand an existing Financial Services Cloud application by introducing new functionalities and integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact solution in the financial sector.

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement and optimize SQL queries for data integration.
• Work with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
• Design, build and support secure, robust, scalable integration solutions within a financial environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application enhancements.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members in clean coding principles.

• Proficiency in Java (17+) and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka (or alternatives).
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (experience with Apache Camel is a plus), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English (both written and verbal).
• Willingness to contribute to a culture of clean coding and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach & mentor less experienced developers and participate in code reviews.
• Openness to learning and collaborating across different parts of the stack (web, mobile, backend).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript is a plus.
