We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud engineering efforts, focusing on building scalable, secure, and efficient workflows to support advanced AI model development for capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD workflows to support model testing and controlled deployment, ensuring agility with appropriate review processes
• Contribute to infrastructure management and automation to enable seamless operations
• Transition experimental prototypes into robust production workflows, ensuring consistency and reproducibility
• Manage role-based access controls and align cloud setups with enterprise security policies and data governance standards
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and compliance teams to optimize infrastructure and workflows for regulated environments
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services, including AKS, networking, and security, in tandem with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate DevOps best practices, including Git-based workflows and scripting, to enhance operational efficiency and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field such as computer science, engineering, or information systems
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform operations, demonstrating a research-driven mindset
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services including AKS, networking, and security, along with competency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Git-based version control, PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting, as well as DevSecOps methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud identity management (Azure AD), enterprise security policies, and financial data governance standards
• Collaborative background working with data scientists, engineers, and compliance stakeholders in regulatory environments
• Scripting expertise in Python or C++ from a DevOps perspective

Salary range €3.8K-€5.2K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
