As our Junior Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Specialist, you'll execute ad-hoc campaigns and multi-channel automations to keep our users engaged and active. Using Braze, our customer engagement platform, you'll craft personalized experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. What You'll Do

  • Execute and monitor email, push, and in-app campaigns with precision
  • Manage deadlines and dependencies across multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • Build and analyze campaign performance reports using Excel and other analytics tools
  • Maintain thorough documentation of campaign setups and results
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy in all outgoing communications
  • Help optimize customer segments through data analysis and actionable insights

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

  • 1+ year of work experience in marketing, data analytics, product, or operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in investment and financial products
  • Higher education

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
  • Experience with project management
  • Understanding of A/B testing principles
  • Knowledge of email marketing, mobile push notifications and in-app messaging.
