Senior Security Software Engineer at BairesDev

We’re looking for a Senior Security Software Engineer who builds security into platform products rather than bolting it on afterward. You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes security, you’ve implemented encryption and IAM features in real distributed systems, and you work with IaC tools to codify and automate security controls. You’ll be contributing to the security foundation of a platform that protects enterprise data at scale — writing code, not just writing reports.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and maintain security features in Kubernetes-native platform products, including encryption, IAM, and access controls.

- Implement and automate security controls using IaC tooling such as Terraform or Helm.

- Perform vulnerability analysis and drive remediation of security issues in platform components.

- Work with product and engineering teams to define and deliver security requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

- Contribute to secure design reviews and security-focused code reviews.

- Document security implementations and contribute to engineering security standards.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in IT roles.

- 3+ years of experience in product or software security engineering.

- Solid experience with Kubernetes security configurations and controls.

- Hands-on background with IaC tools such as Terraform or Helm.

- Experience implementing encryption or IAM solutions in distributed or cloud-native environments.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
