Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. We encourage you to apply for internship with us - the Corporate Lending team within the Financing & Loans Tribe. We are an international team, with business analysts and developers located across the Baltic countries.
The team works using agile Scrum practices and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the local Credit Origination system. Our backlog includes full‑stack work, ranging from user interface adjustments to backend changes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working within the team following agile Scrum practices
- Gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle
- Actively participating in assigned development tasks
- Supporting and ensuring successful development and testing activities
- Are a student in a higher education institution, preferably in the final years of study
- Have experience developing in your chosen programming language (through studies or personal projects)
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are an outgoing, positive team player with a can‑do attitude
- Are able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Modern ways of working in our office located at Konstitucijos pr. 24, Vilnius.
