The company is an established FinTech software provider with over 19 years of experience, supporting financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and other global markets. With a team of specialists across three continents and part of a billion-dollar technology group, the company develops secure and scalable banking platforms used by regulated financial institutions worldwide.

The company is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across two strategic product lines: Payment Gateway and Core Banking systems. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring complex financial systems are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across payment gateway infrastructure and core banking platforms;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and external vendors;
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with product and business goals;
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests in complex financial technology environments;
  • Oversee implementation of new payment features, integrations, and system upgrades;
  • Ensure projects comply with security, regulatory (DORA, GRPR), and financial industry standards;
  • Monitor project progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders;
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple locations;
  • Support production releases, system rollouts, and post-implementation evaluations;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and internal processes.


🎓 Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects;
  • Proven experience delivering FinTech, payments, banking, or financial platform projects;
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, financial transaction flows, or core banking platforms;
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies;
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced technology environments;
  • Strong risk management, planning, and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian is an advantage.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are considered an advantage.
