As part of our continued expansion into digital assets, we are seeking a Crypto Arbitrage Trader to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with crypto markets, and the ability to operate in fast-moving trading environments.

This is a fully remote position open to professionals based in Lithuania.

• Identify and execute cryptocurrency arbitrage opportunities across centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Monitor price discrepancies between exchanges, liquidity pools, and trading venues in real time.
• Develop and implement strategies for cross-exchange, triangular, and statistical arbitrage.
• Manage capital allocation and trade execution while controlling risk, latency, and transaction costs.
• Analyze market data, order books, spreads, and trading volumes to identify profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal analysts and developers to improve trading algorithms, automation tools, and execution infrastructure.
• Track global crypto market trends, exchange liquidity changes, and fee structures that may impact arbitrage strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting of trading performance, profitability metrics, and risk exposure.

• Proven experience trading cryptocurrencies, preferably with arbitrage or quantitative trading strategies.
• Strong understanding of crypto exchange mechanics, order books, trading fees, and liquidity dynamics.
• Familiarity with multiple major exchanges (e.g., Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and execute trades quickly.
• Experience using trading tools, APIs, or automation scripts is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
