Key Responsibilities
• Business analysis of complex projects which will encompass the following tasks:
o Requirements analysis
o Eliciting requirements
o Co-authoring of the business requirements with the business experts
o Authoring of the functional requirements
• Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the business owner for the digitalization of multiple key documents
• Be the interface between the business experts and the IT team
• Assisting the developers and GIS (Group Information Solution) testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects, especially on migrations and data cleaning exercises
• Enhancing the conceptual data model, mapping the business processes and building the functional architecture of the projects
• Participation on testing activities
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in banks' lending processes with large clients (public entities, banks and/or corporates)
• Experience in Agility (SCRUM / Kanban)
• Testing of IT applications in financial field
Mandatory Knowledge
• Knowledge in business process modelling (UML, BPMN, etc.)
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Visio
• English writing skills (C1 European Level)
• Requirement gathering, user stories and backlog management
