Ready to turn complex product challenges into customer value and business growth?
Join FinDock as our Product Manager
As the #1 Customer Payment Operations solution built natively on Salesforce, FinDock helps organizations deliver seamless, personalized payment experiences. Trusted by hundreds of organizations worldwide and rated 4.98 stars on the Salesforce AppExchange, we’re shaping the future of payments.
That’s why we proudly say: FinDock. For Customer Payment Happiness.
And as we scale, we’re looking for Product Managers who don’t just manage backlogs but own outcomes.
What’s your role?
As a Product Manager at FinDock, you are responsible for the outcomes in your domain. You identify valuable problems, define scalable solutions, and decide what gets built and why.
You operate with high autonomy inside a Product Development Node, working closely with engineers, designers, GTM teams, and partners. You balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business value to ship products customers want to buy and that work for our business.
This is not a feature factory role.
This is about product ownership.
Your day-to-day
Drive deep product discovery
- Talk to customers, partners, and internal teams to uncover real problems
- Translate insights into structured discovery documents
- Work closely with Engineering Leads and the Distinguished Engineer to validate feasibility
- Define clear, thoughtful product requirements and acceptance criteria
Own the roadmap and prioritisation
- Balance business goals, user impact, and technical constraints
- Clearly articulate why we solve certain problems and why we don’t
- Align roadmap decisions with company strategy and P&E objectives
- Regularly communicate updates and trade-offs across the organization
Ship and launch with impact
- Guide the Node through delivery by owning speed vs. quality trade-offs
- Ensure requirements are clear and product quality stays high
- Drive pilots and betas to create adoption momentum
- Enable Sales, CSG, Marketing, and Industry teams to confidently position and support the product
- Track adoption metrics and continuously improve based on feedback
Represent the product
- Serve as the main point connecting product insights across FinDock
- Inspire internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage key ecosystem relationships (Salesforce, ISVs, tech partners)
- Ensure the product narrative is aligned, compelling, and consistent
Job requirements
What makes you a great fit?
Experience
- 2+ years in product management related roles
- Experience shipping a product
- Comfortable working closely with engineers in technical environments
- Experience driving measurable adoption and business impact
Fintech or payments experience is helpful but not required.
We value PM craft over industry expertise.
Skills
- High agency - you move forward, even when things are hard
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Strong analytical thinking and great data analysis skills
- Confident and honest communicator
- Structured decision-maker who creates clarity
- Technical literacy - able to translate between business and engineering
- Strong product taste and UX sensitivity
Bonus if you can prototype or design solutions.
Mindset
You’re someone who’s hungry to grow.
This role requires technical immersion - it takes at least a year to truly understand FinDock’s stack and internal mechanics. We’re looking for high-energy, coachable medior PMs with something to prove - people who can grow into more complex domains and clusters as FinDock scales.
You:
- Go deep without losing the bigger picture
- Put in the work when things get hard
- Make tough prioritisation decisions
- Care deeply about customer value
- Identify with the PM craft
- Bring both structure and energy
