We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Specialist to join our client in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support, coordination, and oversight to ensure the efficient and effective execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project governance processes, including managing steering committees and conducting project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track and monitor project progress, scope, resources, change control, risks, and issues.
- Maintain a centralized repository of project documents such as contracts, change orders, and deliverables.
- Develop and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project management success.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data to track progress and identify trends.
- Prepare regular project performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a PMO role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerPoint, AI tools).
- Consultancy Digital transformation experience
