Back End Developer

We have an immediate requirement for a Lead Developer for a long-term engagement based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

🚫 Visa Note: Open to EU Citizens, or those Visa holder, who do not require visa sponsorship to work in Netherlands. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

Role Details:

• Position: Lead Developer
• Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid- 2-3 days office per week)
• Rate: Market Standard
• Duration- 6 Months + Extendable
• Work Type: Contract

Key Skill Requirements:

(6+ years’ Experience)

1. Strong expertise in real time streaming data platform solutions, especially Apache Flink, Kafka, PostGreSQL
2. Must have knowledge on CICD and best practices on performance tuning for real time workloads
3. Stakeholder management – need to refine requirements and work on LLD with customer counterparts
4. Need expertise in segregation and delegation of work to developers in a multi-geographic setting.
5. Accountability of E2E deliverable in a fast-paced agile model
