Fynny is looking for a co-founding technical partner to build something that actually matters.

We're a behavior-driven financial wellness platform translating complex financial systems into daily measurable actions that reduce stress and improve decision-making. We combine psychology, storytelling and technology to make financial health personal, engaging and lasting.

The web foundation is built. The methodology is proven. Now we need someone to help turn it into a native mobile experience ready for app launch in August 2026 and to grow with the platform as it scales internationally.

What you'll actually be doing:

Working directly with the founder to convert an existing web-based platform into a native mobile app. Making real product decisions — architecture, stack, UX priorities, not just executing a spec. Building backend infrastructure that's scalable from day one for a global user base. Owning the technical roadmap as Fynny moves from pilot to product to scale.

What we're looking for:

Background in software engineering, computer science or a related field. Experience building product-facing web applications. Ability to design and manage backend architecture and cloud infrastructure — AWS, Firebase or Google Cloud. Comfortable with modern frontend technologies. Pragmatic in an early stage environment — you know when to move fast and when to slow down because this product touches real people's financial lives. Independent, curious and comfortable with ambiguity. An out of the box thinker — no room for "this is how it's always been done." High level of ethics and integrity. Fluent in English — Dutch is a bonus not a requirement.

Nice to have:

Experience with early stage or startup products. Mobile-first or consumer app development background. Genuine interest in behavioral science, fintech or health and learning products.
