Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma aligned with design systems and accessibility standards
• Conduct UX research including requirements gathering, user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic audits
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experience across modules
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Ensure consistency and usability through design governance and iteration
• Use Figma Make and AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency and workflows
Required Skills
• 4–5 years experience in UX/UI design for complex applications
• Advanced skills in Figma (design systems & prototyping)
• Experience with UX research methods (qualitative & quantitative)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
