We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences for complex, multi-module applications. If you are passionate about user-centered design and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs using Figma aligned with the customer’s design system and accessibility standards
• Conduct end-to-end UX research including requirements gathering, user interviews, heuristic and accessibility audits, usability testing, and insight synthesis
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple program modules
• Translate research insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets
• Maintain design consistency and usability across modules through strong design governance and iterative improvements
• Utilize AI-assisted design capabilities such as Figma Make to enhance prototyping, testing, and design workflows

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex digital products or enterprise applications
• Advanced expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system implementation
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern UX/UI workflows
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet project delivery timelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing accessible digital products aligned with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
• Strong attention to usability, consistency, and design system governance
• Adhere to customer data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies
• Ensure all project assets and communications remain within approved platforms and secure storage environments
