A leading international logistics provider is seeking a senior leader to drive the global transformation of its Customs House Brokerage (CHB) business. This role will shape CHB into a standardised, digitally enabled, performance‑driven global product spanning 40+ countries.
The Role
- Lead delivery of the CHB 2026–2030 strategy across all global OpCos.
- Drive P&L harmonisation, KPI standardisation, and global performance visibility.
- Build and scale digital capabilities (EDI, automation, AI classification, dashboards).
- Develop consulting and advisory service offerings with global pricing models.
- Create a unified global CHB network with aligned operating models and governance.
- Influence senior stakeholders and champion cultural and operational transformation.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in Customs Brokerage, Global Trade Compliance, or Trade Advisory.
- Experience leading global or multi‑market transformation programs.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, HS classification, AEO, valuation, and origin.
- Strong commercial and digital fluency across BI, SaaS, and automation technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (CCS, CILT, ICPA, Licensed Broker) preferred.
