This is a full-time on-site role based in Amsterdam for a Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth Management (RGM). The Senior Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include creating presentations to communicate findings effectively, performing competitive analysis, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with clients will be critical aspects of the role.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data collection, interpretation, and actionable insight development
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on creating strategic solutions tailored to client needs
- Experience with competitive analysis and business performance benchmarking
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a client-focused approach
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience within the consumer goods industry or in a consultancy environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
