Data Analytics Manager

Our client is hiring a Manager- Data Analytics for their tech consulting practice to oversee key data analytics projects, drive data-led initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage end to end projects, be involved in go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and enhance the organization’s competitive edge in the market. The ideal candidate will be from consulting background with experience of delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analytics strategies aligned with clients' goals to support their growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables that meet business requirements.
• Lead the creation of complex data models, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure all analytics outputs maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Keep up with advancements in data analytics and apply modern tools and methods to enhance team capabilities.
• Prepare detailed reports and present key findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in Azure or AWS is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of proven experience in data analytics within the consulting industry.
• Strong command of tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, AWS and familiarity with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, machine learning techniques and in data engineering, data warehousing and pipeline will be a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security standards will be preferred.
• Exceptional ability to turn complex datasets into meaningful insights.
• Excellent ability to explain data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Skilled in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
