We are looking for a Head of Market Research & B.I with strategic vision and leadership skills to transform our data ecosystem into a high-impact competitive asset.

In this role, you will be the architect of decision intelligence, acting as the vital link between the technological infrastructure and the organization's growth goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term BI vision, ensuring that the data architecture supports the company's scalable growth.
• Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards.
• Develop analytical models and executive dashboards that optimize sales force effectiveness (SFE) and market performance.
• Synthesizes data from multiple sources and develops realistic, insightful and actionable recommendations for the business stakeholders, and presents the data/recommendations in a coherent, meaningful way. Identify information gaps and lead market research to close them and/or suggest implications and next steps
• Select and manage visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Cloud infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and a “single source of truth.”
• Lead, mentor, and elevate the analytical maturity of the Data Analytics team.
• Act as the critical translator between IT and the Business Units (Marketing, Sales, and Market Access), ensuring that technology serves the business.
• Ensure that all data processes comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and the GDPR.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven track record in BI leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or industries with high regulatory complexity.
• Strong knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence and business analysis.
• Knowledge of data architecture (SQL, Python/R, Cloud) and systems used in the pharmaceutical industry (HMR, IQVIA, Veeva, OCE).
• Ability to simplify complex metrics into actionable insights for C-Level Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in hierarchical corporate environments.
• Mastery in transforming numbers into strategic narratives that drive action.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent quantitative fields.
