Job Description
The Digital and Transversal Solution – APS Application Production team provides support for internal applications used across company projects, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services to both internal and external clients.
This team offers expertise in Linux‑based server environments and is responsible for maintaining, improving, and guaranteeing the continuity of transversal applications while strictly following ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to application users.
- Perform testing, validation, and cross-checking between environments.
- Interact with IT Production, ICP Support Teams, and development teams for in‑house applications.
- Manage Change Requests, incidents, and support tickets through ServiceNow.
- Install, administer, document, and troubleshoot applications.
- Manage incidents and ensure clear communication with end‑users for both local and central issues.
- Design and implement new application environments.
- Collaborate on group-wide and local projects.
- Perform Problem Management, Continuity Management, Capacity Management, and Asset & Obsolescence Management.
- Manage incidents, crisis calls, communications, and ensure resolution within established SLAs.
- Monitor application performance and server resource utilization.
- Review scripts before UAT and validate deployments.
- Provide regular reports to Project Managers/Technical Leaders regarding areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement optimizations (server configuration, scripts, performance tuning).
- Execute annual capacity planning for supported projects.
- Support project teams in defining technical solutions.
- Contribute to the standardization of operational practices.
- Validate server instance migrations and contribute to server tool enhancements.
- Define tactical solutions to resume processes quickly during incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and manage appropriate escalation paths.
- Apply global guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations.
- Contribute to defining non‑functional requirements for new applications and participate in initiatives to reduce support effort on critical systems.
- Support business teams by understanding workflows and requirements.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health.
- Analyze, plan, and execute required technical tasks.
- Improve post‑release validation procedures.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in RedHat Linux.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Ansible and Python.
- Application Performance Monitoring (preferably Dynatrace).
- Cloud and Container Platforms:
- Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker
- Cloud services: AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud
- Tools: HELM, HashiCorp Vault, ARGO CD
- Experience in Continuous Delivery and automation:
- Deployment, rollback, and delivery industrialization
- Terraform, Jenkins, Git/GitLab
- Minimum 10 years of experience in application support or similar roles.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
