People Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a well-organized, people-focused approach, helping to create a positive employee experience and supporting the implementation and maintenance of People Operations practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle (hiring, contractual changes, and terminations).
• Register employees with Social Security and other relevant legal entities.
• Prepare, create, and maintain employee records and contractual documentation.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on internal policies and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and administrative requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve People Operations processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or People Operations roles.
• Experience in HR administration, including hiring processes and Social Security registration.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, HR management systems).
• Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lagoas Park)
