Jobbex, a company that empowers people and organizations by matching great talent with great projects, is looking for the next People Operations Specialist to join one of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a well-organized, people-focused approach, helping to create a positive employee experience and supporting the implementation and maintenance of People Operations practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle (hiring, contractual changes, and terminations).
- Register employees with Social Security and other relevant legal entities.
- Prepare, create, and maintain employee records and contractual documentation.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on internal policies and HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and administrative requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve People Operations processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or People Operations roles.
- Experience in HR administration, including hiring processes and Social Security registration.
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, HR management systems).
- Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lagoas Park)
