Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor network infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and performance.
• Configure and manage SD-WAN equipment in complex environments with multiple network operators.
• Manage corporate and guest Wi-Fi solutions, including controllers, access points, and access policies.
• Configure and maintain switching infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, QoS, and traffic segmentation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents affecting critical services.
• Monitor network performance using monitoring tools and platforms.
• Document network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support the implementation of new network projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with security, voice, and datacenter teams to ensure network integrity and alignment.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar (Must have)
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and communications infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi networks (cloud-managed or controller-based).
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex network incidents.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies (preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Huawei, or equivalent).
• Understanding of network security and logical segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of switching technologies (VLANs, STP, ACLs, SNMP, port security).
