professionals.

Responsibilities
Data Construction and Analysis
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration and transformation;
- Extract, manipulate and analyze data using SAS and SQL;
- Create reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar) for monitoring and reporting;
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency;
- Critically assess data reliability and implement control mechanisms;
- Document pipelines, data sources and business logic to ensure governance and continuity;
- Work with Marketing and CRM teams in the insurance business to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions;
- Create SQL audiences for campaigns and commercial initiatives;
- Integrate data with Salesforce for segmentation and personalization;
- Support internal analytics literacy initiatives, promoting autonomous use of dashboards and insights;
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency;
Experience and Background
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector (valued);
- Proven experience in data integration and analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in SAS;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling;
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud (valued);
- Experience in creating and interpreting dashboards (Power BI, Qlik or similar);
