We are seeking a driven and visionary Product Owner to spearhead the development and lifecycle of groundbreaking software products within the dynamic energy sector. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of energy technology by leading initiatives in Head-End Systems (HES), Digital Twin technologies, flexibility solutions, Smart Meter Operations Center (SMOC), and advanced analytics. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with talented, cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX, data science, and business stakeholders—within a truly international environment. Your leadership will directly influence the creation of innovative products that enable utilities and energy providers to harness the power of IoT, AI-driven analytics, and cloud technologies, improving efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

The competencies we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally within energy or utility software solutions.
• Proven track record with Head-End Systems (HES), Digital Twin technologies, flexibility platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of smart grid technologies, IoT, and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
