We are looking for a talented UI Developer with React to join our core development team. In this role, you will work as a front‑end consultant, being assigned to different projects based on organizational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing 4–5 relevant React-based projects that demonstrate both technical expertise and design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React, ensuring high performance and clean architecture.
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, modular front‑end components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across various consulting assignments.
• Identify and resolve UI issues, performance problems, and compatibility challenges.
• Contribute to front‑end best practices, design standards, and reusable libraries within the core team.

Required Skills

• Solid hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong portfolio with 4–5 completed front-end projects demonstrating React proficiency.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
• Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
• Ability to adapt well to different project contexts and team structures.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design).
• Knowledge of REST API integration and front-end performance optimization.
• Experience with UI testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Previous consulting experience or multi‑project environments.
