We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to lead and support four product teams within the Core Retail Platform organization.

These teams focus on enhancing store operations, store technologies, and frontline processes to drive excellence in the retail domain.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in implementing Agile principles and best practices
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Promote Agile maturity within the store solutions domain
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, product owners, and store operations stakeholders
• Support teams in delivering value to store managers, associates, and field operations
• Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
• Ensure user stories related to store operations and technologies are well-defined and ready for planning
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Track team performance using Agile metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and achievements to Store Operations leadership and other teams
• Prepare deliverables and dependencies for Program Increment Planning events
• Support participation in PI Planning, breakout sessions, and Inspect & Adapt activities
• Ensure tools like Jira and Confluence are effectively configured and utilized

Requirements

• Certification in Agile Lead or Scrum Master roles
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Background in store operations, retail processes, or retail technologies (such as POS systems, inventory workflows, or store fulfillment solutions)
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices (PI Planning, PI Execution, Inspect & Adapt)
• Expertise in agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on results and quality
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
