Role and responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure.
• Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks.
• Manage and Maintain IP addressing schemes in Infoblox (IPAM)
• Manage and Maintain DNS & DHCP services in Infoblox
• Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure
• Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide inputs for Capacity Planning/ Migration/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend
• On-Demand IOS Updating and hotfixes
• Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
• Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
• Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly
• Performance Management & Optimization
• Root Cause Analysis
• Coordination with multiple vendors
• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
• Plan and schedule for change management.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents
• Good Communication skills.

Technical skills:

• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching
• Strong Experience in Cisco Data Centre Switching technologies
• Working experience in Nexus 9000 Series Switches
• Hands on experience in implementation and management of Cisco ACI Technology along with APIC Controller and Spine and Leaf Switches
• L3 level troubleshooting skills in Cisco Routing, Switching, Nexus Switches and Cisco ACI with APIC Controller
• Should have SDWAN skills along with working experience in FortiGate SDWAN
