This capital comes from nearly 2,000 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds.
Weโre looking for ambitious masterโs students (at any stage of their studies) or bachelorโs students in the final 3โ4 months of their degree to join us as Investment Intern starting from April / May. This 4-to-6-month, full-time internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the investment world. If weโre a mutual fit, the role could even transition into a full-time position. Your Responsibilities
As part of our Investment Team, you will:
- Research and evaluate private equity and venture capital fund opportunities, analyzing historical performance, investment strategies, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with senior team members on in-depth due diligence for potential fund commitments and co-investments.
- Prepare concise, data-driven investment memos and presentations for our Investment Committee.
- Assist in tracking and reviewing the performance of existing fund commitments, analyzing reports, and maintaining internal databases.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market shifts, and emerging strategies within private equity and venture capital.
- Support the preparation of client updates and internal stakeholder reports.
Weโre looking for someone who:
- Is nearing the completion of a bachelorโs degree (within 3โ4 months) or currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from a masterโs program in corporate finance, econometrics, finance & investments or a related field.
- Is available for a full-time internship (4 to 6 months), ideally 5 days a week.
- Brings relevant internship or hands-on entrepreneurial experience, ideally in a related sector.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in the sector and its broader context.
- Is comfortable working with data and applying analytical thinking to tasks and decisions.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person, especially when explaining complex topics.
- Has experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital or investments and has experience in working with Excel and Powerpoint which a big plus.
- Is proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to take ownership of tasks.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and can adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Is based in or near Amsterdam, or willing to commute to our office.
- Has a strong command of English, both spoken and written. Strong command of Dutch is a plus.
