Full-timeEngineering, Information Technology

For this role, we’re supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space, helping organizations manage risk and compliance in a smarter, more collaborative way.

They’re on a big journey: turning a successful (but aging) single-tenant monolith into a modern, modular, multi-tenant platform that will power the next stage of their growth. And they’re looking for someone like you to help make it happen.

What you’ll be doing
  • Build the future of our platform: work on a multi-year modernization journey that’ll define the software for the next decades.
  • Get your hands dirty in code and architecture: refactoring core services, introducing multi-tenancy, externalizing identity, and improving performance at scale.
  • Work closely with product & platform teams: you won’t just build features, you’ll help shape how we build everything.
  • Level up engineering practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, event-driven patterns, security hardening… the works.
  • Bring ideas, not just code: we love people who challenge assumptions, suggest better ways, and help the team grow.
  • Collaborate with a small but ambitious team: we move fast, stay close, and keep things transparent.
Your toolkit
  • Solid experience building and maintaining complex software systems in .NET.
  • A good grasp of modern architectural patterns (modular monoliths, event-driven systems, microservices - or a real hunger to master them).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud platforms (we’re on Microsoft Azure).
  • A love for clean, well-structured code and a willingness to get deep into a legacy codebase to make it better.
  • A pragmatic mindset: you know when to build big and when to keep it simple.
Bonus points
  • Experience in a SaaS scale-up or modernization project.
  • Experience with identity management, multi-tenant architectures, or infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD): not just knowing the theory, but having actually done it: helping teams apply it in real life, guiding architecture decisions, and getting the right people from across the company involved.
  • Dutch-speaking skills.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk & compliance software.
Why you’ll love working here
  • We’re growing fast, which means lots of opportunities to make an impact.
  • You’ll work with a team that values openness, curiosity, and good humor.
  • No rigid hierarchies: we like people who take initiative.
  • You’ll be part of a true SaaS product company.
  • Competitive salary and benefits to support your well-being and growth:
  • Ergonomics Voucher – Upgrade your home office with a voucher to improve comfort and productivity.
  • Quarterly Mental Health Days – Take one fully paid day off each quarter to rest and recharge.
  • Learning & Development Budget – Receive an annual personal budget of €500+ for professional development.
  • Flexible Work Location – Work from the office two days per week, with the option for occasional "workations" from inspiring locations.
