Project Officer

We are looking for a Project Officer to support the coordination and delivery of ongoing projects within an international environment. The role focuses on assisting project teams in planning, monitoring, and reporting activities while ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and project members. This is a hybrid position based in Stockholm. The Project Officer will support project management activities, track project progress, and contribute to the smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation of activities
• Support communication and coordination between project stakeholders and team members
• Track project progress and assist in identifying potential risks or issues
• Organise project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to project reporting and status updates
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or similar roles
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience preparing reports, documentation, and project updates
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
