Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop - cooperate on the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and robust solutions using GoLang for our global platforms delivering solutions for customers in European markets.
- Collaborate - work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
- Code review - conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and consistency.
- Problem solving - troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Innovation - drive the adoption of best practices and new technologies to continuously improve our development process and products.
- Strong experience with Go (Golang) and building microservices-based systems
- Ability to thrive in an environment with dynamically changing priorities, focusing on problem-solving and outcomes rather than fixed task lists
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Solr, and Elasticsearch
- Experience with processing large volumes of data, including importing and transforming big XML files
- Solid understanding of modern infrastructure, including cloud environments, scalability, and high availability (HA)
- Experience working on high-traffic, complex products with real-world performance and reliability challenges
- Travel market experience is a plus
