We are looking for a skilled Senior Golang Engineer to join a team building high‑performance internal developer tooling and infrastructure for top clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Golang libraries, CLI tools, and internal systems.
• Improve build systems, including dependency management, caching, compilation, and CI/CD workflows.
• Enhance tooling performance across large monorepo environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and platform teams.
• Drive automation, root cause analysis, and long‑term technical improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Golang (tooling, infrastructure, or system-level development).
• Strong understanding of build systems, source control, and monorepos.
• Experience with concurrency, performance profiling, and debugging.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Linux, and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience with Bazel/Buck/Pants is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
