Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design processes and product design work.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive design solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional products.
• Familiarity with product development processes and Agile environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)

• Design intuitive and user friendly experiences for new and existing Qoolize products.
• Work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to transform product ideas into functional and engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and overall user experience.
• Ensure design consistency across products by maintaining and contributing to design systems and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Continuously improve product interfaces based on user feedback, data, and industry trends.
• Support the product development process by providing clear design specifications and assets to the development team.
