What We Expect / Duties and Responsibilities
You will play an active role in developing talent management processes, designing programs that support leadership development, and implementing initiatives that strengthen a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of succession planning processes across the organization
- Manage promotion processes for both specialist and managerial levels
- Support the design of learning and development programs that foster leadership capabilities
- Develop formats and initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing and cross-learning within the organization
- Contribute to employee experience and internal communication initiatives that strengthen communication between leaders and employees
- Research global and local HR trends and innovations, and conduct benchmarking studies to support the development of our HR practices
- Manage relationships with external partners such as consulting and assessment center firms
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning & development is preferred
- Passionate about designing new practices and generating ideas, beyond executing existing processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical thinking abilities
