Qualifications:

• Graduated from related fields of universities
• At least 10 years of experience in security management in the retail sector,
• Experienced in CCTV systems management and security management,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes,
• Knowledge of security and risk management issues,
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills,
• Analytical thinking and careful,
• No travel restrictions
• Fluent in English

Job Description:

• Creating and implementing the security strategies of the stores,
• To provide recruitment, training and management of CCTV and store security team,
• To work in co-operation with and supervise security-related business partners,
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of in-store security systems and procedures,
• To respond to security incidents quickly, effectively and fairly,
• Preparing and analysing security reports,
• Taking precautions against theft, fraud and other security threats,
• To prepare and implement emergency plans,
• Taking an active role in internal audit processes and writing reports,
• Reporting periodically to the global team,
• To ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
