About the Role

Illuminate Capital is seeking a DeFi & On-Chain Transaction Operations Specialist to support decentralized finance (DeFi) activities and blockchain transaction operations across multiple networks.

This role focuses on interacting with DeFi protocols, managing wallet-based transactions, and monitoring on-chain activity. The ideal candidate has real experience using Web3 wallets and understands how decentralized protocols, liquidity pools, and blockchain transaction mechanics operate.

You will assist with executing on-chain transactions and maintaining accurate operational oversight of decentralized platform activity.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor on-chain transactions across decentralized platforms

Connect and manage Web3 wallets across DeFi protocols

Interact with liquidity pools, staking platforms, and decentralized exchanges

Monitor blockchain confirmations and transaction performance

Track network gas fees and transaction costs

Maintain accurate records of DeFi operations and wallet activity

Support internal digital asset workflows and on-chain processes

Requirements

Hands-on experience using Web3 wallets such as MetaMask, Phantom, or Ledger

Practical experience interacting with DeFi platforms or decentralized exchanges

Understanding of blockchain transactions, gas fees, and confirmations

Familiarity with Ethereum and other major blockchain ecosystems

Experience with staking, liquidity pools, or token swaps is a strong advantage

Ability to operate accurately in decentralized environments

Candidates without real crypto wallet and DeFi experience are unlikely to be considered.

Base salary starting from $145,000+ annually
