We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition and build strategic relationships with enterprise customers in the UAE.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Engage confidently in technical discussions with IT and digital transformation leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Handle RFPs, tenders, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling enterprise solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience in pipeline generation and quota achievement
  • Ability to engage with technical IT stakeholders
  • Experience handling RFPs and enterprise tenders
  • Experience in the UAE market (Government or Semi-Government experience is a strong advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Understanding of digital transformation initiatives
