We’re supporting a US AI start-up building applications that turn complex, unstructured data into actionable intelligence. Their platform combines LLMs, retrieval systems, and AI agents to support real-world analytical and decision-making workflows.

We're looking for AI Engineers who build & ship production systems - not just prototypes, and that are comfortable working across the full lifecycle of AI applications.

The Role:

You’ll design and build AI-native applications powered by modern foundation models and agentic workflows, taking ideas from prototype through to production.

Building retrieval pipelines, intelligent agents, and applications that extract insight from messy, real-world datasets.

You’ll work with both frontier and open-source models, integrating them into scalable systems and adapting them for specialised tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience building production software systems in AI & data-intensive environments
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval
• Experience working with unstructured or noisy data pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exposure to multi-agent AI systems
• Bonus points for: experience working on tools supporting analysis, intelligence, or risk-related workflows
