Head of AI Strategy & Transformation
We are partnering with a global strategy and analytics consulting firm that supports large organisations in solving complex business challenges through advanced data, technology, and analytical insight.
As part of a major investment in artificial intelligence, the firm is looking to appoint a Head of AI Strategy & Transformation to lead the development and application of AI across its platforms, internal operations, and consulting delivery.
Responsibilities
• Define and lead the organisation’s AI strategy and roadmap
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across consulting delivery, analytics platforms and internal workflows
• Drive development of AI-enabled tools, automation and data-driven solutions
• Work closely with data science, engineering and consulting teams to scale AI adoption
• Establish best practices for responsible and effective AI deployment
Requirements
• Experience leading AI or advanced analytics initiatives within consulting, strategy, or data-driven organisations
• Strong understanding of applied AI, data science, or advanced analytics
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across strategy, product and engineering
